RETURN POLICY

     A request to return an item must be made within 21 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you. The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways: (1) Rukus store credits or (2) a refund in the original form of payment. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. If you choose a refund in the original form of payment, we will deduct a return shipping charge of $5.95. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. *PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. This includes opened (unwrapped) CDs and DVDs. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.Customer Acceptance of Late or Defective Merchandise - Customer's failure to provide written notice of a claim, as set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, shall constitute a waiver of any claim Customer may have for damages resulting from such defects, including late delivery.
