Any products (excluding sale and skateboard hard-good items) wishing to be returned within 14 days of the package being delivered are eligible for hassle free returns. Products must be in 100% new condition with original packaging and/or boxing.
Any item that is returned without original boxing, tags, or has been worn/washed will be deemed nonrefundable. Any clothing must have original factory tags still in place to be eligible for a refund.
All returns will must be first coordinated via email or phone call through info@rukus103.com or 225-755-3970. Refunds will be issued through the method used to make the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For a size swap, additional shipping charges will be applied.
